Additional Features:  Hans Weinmueller is a talented knifemaker from Arizona that makes very nice knives of all shapes and sizes.  He has been recently recognized by Blade Magazine by winning the "Sharp Focus 2009 Competition" with a beautiful folding dagger.  Hans' attention to detail with everything he makes reflects amazing skill and wonderful dedication to his craft.  This beautiful single blade gents folding wharncliffe was made by Hans as a commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the Solingen knife show in Germany.  Along with great materials, Hans attached the ironwood to the frame using screws in addition to hidden pins used beneath the scales.  Hans believes that in this configuration, there is no chance that the scales will crack over time from stress brought about by the elements.  In addition, Hans also provided a beautiful thin lanyard with a nice polished stone and bead to finish off this lovely work.  Considering all the work that has gone into this lovely knife as well as great fit, finish, blade snap and action, this piece is priced nicely as well.  Thank you Hans for your lovely work.
