Hans' attention to detail with everything he makes reflects amazing skill and wonderful dedication to his craft. This beautiful single blade gents folding clip point/recurve trapper in amber stag is a testament to these facts. Along with the best materials, including killer amber stag, CPM-154 blade and wonderfully fluted 416 bolsters, liners, Hans attached the stag to the frame using screws in addition to hidden pins used beneath the scales. Hans believes that in this configuration, there is no chance that the scales will crack over time from stress brought about by the elements. In addition, Hans also provided a beautiful thin lanyard and carved beads to finish off this lovely work. Considering all the work that has gone into this lovely knife as well as great fit, finish, blade snap and action, this piece is priced nicely as well. Thank you Hans for your lovely work. |

This beautiful old world coke bottle pattern with damascus bolsters and mammoth bark scales, represents that skill quite nicely. Along with great materials, Hans attached the mammoth to the frame using fileworked screws. In addition, Hans also provided a beautiful thin lanyard conneted to the tail lock to finish off this lovely work.
