The stag is great with nice popcorn like elements. The knifes profile, balance, fit and finish are great as well.. Bill makes his own custom sheaths that fits this beautiful piece perfectly. What a terrific knife from a very talented maker at a great price as well. |

| Other Features: When I first saw this knife at the blade show, I said to myself, "wow, what awesome stag". I had to bring it back. And I did. Bill Johnson does it again with this terrific damascus hunter. The stag is unbeatable and the bronze butcap and guard go great against it. The damascus is a nice twist pattern that has been etched and polished to give off just the right amount of contrast to the piece. For the safe or the field, you be the judge. And the price is right as well. |
