The handle material is striking tiger coral which these days is getting more and more scarce for makers to find. The blade and bolster steel is from Devin Thomas. It is his very popular spyrograph pattern. The thumbstud is made by Mr. Washburn out of Devin Thomas mokume. The backspacer is fileworked damascus as is the bladspine. The liners are nicely fileworked anodized titanium. Beautiful knife from a maker that hails from Nevada. |

| Additional Features: This beautiful smaller folder has some great materials as well as cutting power. The blade steel is of the stainless variety with a reptilian pattern by the well known maker Devin Thomas. Mr. Washburn heat colored the beautiful firestorm bolster steel with a red/rust color. This matches quite nicely with the earth tones of the handle material. The backspacer is Devin Thomas damascus also. And the titanium liners are anodized purple for extra color. Over and above the great materials on this piece, fit, finish, action and lockup are all terrific, and so is the price. |
