Special Features: Ken Steigerwalt never ceases to amaze us with the beautiful designs that he creates.  This piece is a perfect example of a one of a kind art piece produced with great attention to detail, gorgeous, precious materials, exacting tolerances and of course magnificent results.  Ken started with beautiful raindrop damascus steel from Devin Thomas.  Ken deep etched this lovely steel to bring out its very interesting pattern.  For handle material, Ken selected the very best black lip pearl scales available to add mesmerizing flash of green red, purple and blue.  Ken also fileworked the stainless backspacers and the stainless liners as well. Ken also carved and fluted the nickel silver bolsters into a shell pattern.  The fluting affect contrasts nicely against the radiant flash of the black lip pearl handle scales.  This gorgeous combination of materials is quite interesting as well as artistically beautiful. The result of all this work is one very unique, and quite eye catching art knife that is sure to please the most discriminating collector.   Over and above the beauty of this piece;  fit, finish, lockup, and action are first rate as well.  Ken, thank you for your hard work on this piece.  We are always delighted to have your work.
