| Additional Information: We wish to welcome the work of Japanese bladesmith Maseo Takahashi to our gallery of handmade knives with this exquisite amber stag stiffhorn. It features some of the most fantastic amber stag that we have had to date. The mirror polish ATS-34 blade is very nicely done. The grinds are perfect and the mirror polished nickel silver bolsters are seemlessly integrated with both the tapered tang and ricasso as well. The sheath is heavy cowhide and provides easy access and deployment should you decide to put this beauty to work. The sheath can attach to a belt loop via the closed end hook that allows for a swinging action for the active user. Mr. Takahashi's work is very difficult to get and is among the best Loveless Reproductions from Japan. Only one of these pieces is available so don't miss out. |
