S60V (Originally Named CPM440V) is one of the high tech steels that holds an edge better then just about anything else out there. Add to that great steel, beautiful mosaic damascus by Robert Eggerling for the bolsters, blue anodized and fileworked titanium liners and fileworked and anodized titanium backspacer and you great artistic flair with great cutting ability. Pete held all this together with heat colored screws that add great additional contrast this already lovely piece. And, fit, finish, lockup action and edge are all just what you would expect for a knife this fine. |
