This beautiful piece of cutlery is designed to be used for sure, as are all of Gayle Bradley's creations. The blade is razor sharp and it locks up like a vault. To add additional artistic beauty to this already fantastic work of art, Gayle fileworked the backspacer in a lovely repeating geometric pattern. The silver color of both are nicely color matched to the and high polished both the mammoth scales and embellished bolsters with its hues of gray, blue and copper. This piece would be a very nice edition to any serious folder collection. Especially considering the nature of the materials used and the terrific color combination.. The quality in this piece goes way beyond what one would expect to be exhibited in a first attempt. Gayle has far exceeded our expectations with the creation of this, his first double blade slip joint folder. This piece features terrific CPM-154 blade steel in a satin finish. The bolsters are made from 416 stainless that are also satin finished. Fit, finish, and action are first rate on this lovely piece and the blades are razor sharp as well. What a great collectors piece that would double nicely for pocket carry. Gayle's work is amongst the best available. His pricing is extremely reasonable. |

| Other Features: This terrific trapper is light, thin and functions perfectly. The blade steel is the very usable CPM-D2 with a very nice satin finish. The profile of this lovely knife resembles a Case pattern single blade trapper. The construction of this piece is totally integral. It is a solid magnificently built piece of cutlery art with perfect fit and finish. The action has a great snap but will not break a nail. This piece also features a nice oval shield on the presentation side. Most importantly, the blade is razor sharp. This piece is meant to use and would make a great everyday carry piece.
